What is the "Splachuite chastynamy" service?

Installment service, thanks to which PUMB customers have the opportunity to pay for their purchases in equal installments without interest during the grace period, or taking into account the commission after it.  

How can I use the “Splachuite chastynamy” service?

To do this, it is enough to pay for goods/services with your “vseMOZHU” or “soloMANDRY” credit card in the amount of 500 UAH (the purchase amount must be within the existing limit on the card) in PUMB partner stores, incl. via the Internet. The offer to provide the service will be received in an SMS from the short number 2242 or in a message in Viber from PUMB.

If you made a purchase outside the network of partner stores, you can also activate the service yourself through the bank's contact center or using PUMB Online. The following conditions will apply: purchase amount – from 500 UAH, monthly commission – 3% of the purchase amount from the first month of use; term – 6, 12, 18, 24, or 36 months.

Can I independently connect the "Splachuite chastynamy" service?

Yes, you can always independently connect the service using PUMB Online or the contact center.

How do I know that the service has been connected to my transaction?

After your confirmation of the activation of the "Splachuite chastynamy" service, through the free sending of an SMS-code in response to the number 2242 or in the Viber-bot, the service is connected automatically. In this case, a corresponding message will be sent to the Viber-bot with the terms and conditions for connecting the service.

Terms of usage and debt repayment for the "Splachuite chastynamy" service

What are the conditions for using the service?

  • When drawing up an installment plan for transactions performed in partner stores: the maximum processing time is 24 months, the grace period is 3 months, repayment in equal installments – monthly, on your payment date: 10, 20, or 30; monthly commission after the grace period – 3% of the purchase amount.
  • When drawing up an installment plan for any purchases from 500 UAH:
    monthly commission – 3% of the purchase amount from the first month of use; possible processing time – 6, 12, 18, 24, or 36 months.

Is there a grace period when using the “Splachuite chastynamy” service?

Yes, if you made a purchase of 500 UAH or more in a network of partner stores, then you have a grace period for a period of 3 months, within which you make payments in equal installments without additional commission.

If I have not paid the full amount for the purchase within the grace period, what are the conditions for further installments?

The total period of using the service is 24 months, while the monthly commission after the grace period is 3% of the purchase amount.

How are payments for the “Splachuite chastynamy” service debited?

Every month you pay in equal installments of the amount owed. Regardless of the date of purchase and the date of connection of the service, you pay the monthly payment for the service together with the obligatory payment by credit card before your payment date: on the 10th, 20th, or 30th of each month.

Is it possible to pay off the debt for the service ahead of schedule?

Yes, of course, when you pay off the full amount of your credit card debt, all purchase transactions connected using the "Splachuite chastynamy" service will be closed automatically.

Can I cancel a purchase transaction that is connected using the "Splachuite chastynamy" service?

You can cancel the purchase transaction, which is connected using the "Splachuite chastynamy" service, in PUMB Online, or using the contact center. In case of cancellation of a purchase transaction made with the "Splachuite chastynamy" service within 1 month from the day when the bank is notified about the application of the service, the remaining debt will be considered as a new purchase transaction, and a standard grace period will apply.

What repayment channels can I use?

  • In cash: you can repay the loan through SSHC bank and self-service terminals of PrivatBank, IBox, and EasyPay. For the period from April 1 to December 31, 2021, depositing funds to the account from any specified SSHC is carried out online and at no additional cost. To avoid delays, funds must be deposited to the account before 18:00 on the payment date.
  • you can pay a loan without leaving your home using the PUMB Online mobile application or on the bank's website, using cards of different banks.

Funds are credited to the account online, regardless of the time of the payment. At the same time, for the timely repayment of credit debt, funds must be deposited to the account no later than 18:00.

The "Splachuite chastynamy" service is not connected

I have made a purchase in a partner store, but the offer has not been received, why?

There may be several reasons:

  • the amount of the purchase was less than the minimum required (500 UAH)
  • the information was sent to the Viber bot, while there was no Internet access
  • technical failure when sending SMS by a mobile operator
  • store data is not registered in the bank's systems.

You can always contact our contact center to check the availability of a proposal for connecting the service and its further connection.

I have confirmed the request to connect the service, but it has not connected, what should I do?

You can independently activate the service by contacting our contact center or draw up an offer in the PUMB Online application.

How can I use the conditions of "Splachuyte chastynamy" service when purchasing goods on the ELDORADO website?

It's simple, just have a credit card from PUMB and make a few clicks on the ELDORADO website to achieve the goal:

  • choose the required goods on the ELDORADO website, costing from 500 UAH
  • choose a method of delivery and payment
  • choose the category "Payment by installments"/"SUPER INSTALLMENT" in the payment section
  • choose PUMB bank among other banks
  • choose the number of payments among the available ones – 3, 6 or 8
  • fill in the contact details and pay for the goods by a credit card

How do I know that the installment is connected?

When paying for a product by a PUMB credit card on the ELDORADO website for an amount of 500 UAH or more in the "Payment by installment"/"SUPER INSTALLMENT" category, you will receive an offer on providing the service in an SMS from the short number 2242 or in a Viber message from PUMB.

After confirming the activation of the "Splachuyte chastynamy" service by sending a free SMS-code in response to the number 2242 or the Viber-bot, a corresponding message will be sent to the Viber-bot, or SMS, with the terms of connection.
