Changes in the process of entering Mastercard Bilshe service

Following the policy of increasing the security measures of Mastercard Bilshe program, as well as with the aim of providing exclusively authorized user access to their personal
accounts, we inform you that from May 20, 2021, a mandatory two-factor user authorization procedure will be introduced on the program website by sending one-time passwords via SMS.
After entering the login and password, a one-time password will be sent to the phone number, which must be entered on the website. Only after entering a one-time password you will get access to your personal account.

What should you pay attention to?

You should check the relevance of your phone number in your personal account (login). If the account contains an irrelevant phone number, it should be changed to the current one. You can change the password in the "My profile" => "Personal data" => "Login data" section by clicking on the edit symbol.

What if you didn't manage to update your phone number before 20.05.21?

You must contact the support line of Mastercard Bilshe by phone 0 800 33 24 12 and provide the following information:
- phone number that you have registered in the program;
- full name and date of birth;
- name the last transactions that the customer carried out. For example, the name of the store/website where the payment was made by a card that participates in the program.

For holders of premium cards, there are exclusive offers and an accumulation of gold points.

IMPORTANT!! To enjoy the program's benefits, you need to register on the Mastercard Bilshe platform and add all your cards in the "Profile" section of the program menu.
Now, if your card participated in both programs (Mastercard Bilshe and Mastercard Rewards Program), all offers will be available on one website, and the available gifts and benefits are displayed for the card automatically.
All points earned will be retained, and as of February 2, 2021, MC Bilshe program points will turn silver, and MC Rewards Program points will turn gold. In this case, the amount of points that you have accumulated remains unchanged! We will transfer all points to the new Bilshe program. Points will be added automatically to the interface if you added cards to the "Profile" menu or if your cards were combined into a family ("household") by the bank earlier in the Rewards Program. First of all, check that all your cards are in the profile, and add cards if the list is not complete.
In the updated version of the Mastercard Bilshe Program, a registered card can access the accumulation of gold or silver points. One registered card can accumulate only one type of points.
Silver points give access to viewing and ordering offers in the sections: "Partner offers," "Wheel of surprises," "Promos" on the program website.
Gold points provide access to viewing and ordering offers in the sections: "Banks' gifts," "Partners' offers," "Wheel of surprises," "Promos" on the program website.
Each new card will need to be registered additionally.

In the updated version of the Mastercard Bilshe Program, a registered card can access the accumulation of gold or silver points. One registered card can accumulate only one type of points.

If you have several PUMB cards accumulating gold points, they will be combined into one balance in the gold points collection.
