Today to every SwatchPAY! watch only one card can be linked.

Can I link more than one watch to one card?

Yes, you can link one payment card to several watches.

Is it possible to activate SwatchPAY! watch without Internet connection?

To create an account and link a payment card, you need a stable Internet connection.

Does Swatch have an activation fee?

All you have to do is buy a watch. The rest happens quickly, easily and free of charge.

How does Swatch create a virtual card?

Swatch uses a process called tokenization to create a virtual card associated with the watch.

What is a token?

A token is a series of randomly generated numbers used to tokenize payment cards. [This replaces the customer's main account number (PAN).]

What does "Token expired" mean?

This means that the connection between your card and the watch has expired, and you need to create a new connection if you want to continue making payments using the watch.

When should the tokenization of the watch be renewed?

There are three reasons why you might need to restore clock tokenization:

  1. Your credit card has expired (usually after 37 months).
  2. Your credit card has been updated.
  3. Swatch has updated its electronic payment technology (the initial one was valid until the end of June 2021). If you are using the previous technology, you will need to update the tokenization of your watch.

How do I know when my virtual card expires?

You can find the expiration date on your SwatchPAY! app by wearonize by clicking on the card.

What is the validity of the token?

Token validity is usually 37 months but may vary from issuer to issuer.

Can I use Apple's iPhone to activate the watch?

No, you need an Android phone to activate it.

Why is this not possible with Apple's iPhone?

Apple does not allow transferring payment information through its devices.

I have an Android phone, but I can't connect the watch to my phone.

You need to enable NFC near-field communication on your phone. This can be done in the phone settings.

I wanted to enable NFC proximity in my phone settings, but I can't figure out how to do it.

Not all Android phones have NFC near-field communications. Check if your phone has NFC near-field communication.

How can I delete information from my watch using my Android phone?

Open SwatchPAY! app by wearonize, then select “to factory settings” from the menu and follow the instructions until you get a confirmation in the app.

Is it safe to use an Android phone to activate the watch?

Yes, it's safe. The process is confirmed and protected by Mastercard and Visa.

How do I create an account in the app?

Download the app and accept the terms of use. Click "Create an account" and then follow the instructions to complete the account creation process. How can I create an account in the app?

  1. Click "Create an account."
  2. Enter your citizenship.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter your password (at least 6 characters are required).
  5. Click "Continue."
  6. Wait for the confirmation email.

I forgot my SwatchPAY! app username.

The username for SwatchPAY! is always the email address. Try to enter all your email addresses or contact representatives via www.swatch.com

Open SwatchPAY! app by wearonize.

  1. Click "Sign in."
  2. Click "Forgot the password."
  3. Enter the email address you registered with.
  4. Click "Reset the password."

You will receive an email from [email protected] with a link. Click the link and enter your password.

You can unlink your payment card using the app, but some non-confidential data will still be stored in the watch. To completely remove them, visit the Swatch store or use your Android smartphone and follow the instructions to return to “factory settings.”

How do I verify that my payment card is no longer associated with my watch?

After canceling SwatchPAY! app by wearonize will show that the virtual payment card is suspended or deleted. If you visit a selected Swatch store or use an Android phone to reset to “factory settings” before canceling a payment card in the app, the token will be the only visible item, and you can delete it using the “Remove the card” button.

How to delete a virtual card in SwatchPAY! app?

To delete virtual cards that you are not using, simply enter the application, click the payment card details and delete the virtual card. If you unlink your payment card using the app, some non-confidential data will still be stored in the watch. To completely remove them, visit the Swatch store or use your Android phone to reset to "factory settings" before deleting them from the app.
