  • How can I replenish my account?

    You can replenish a card account opened in national currency by contacting the nearest PUMB branch. When replenishing a customer’s PUMB card account in a PUMB branch, it is sufficient to indicate the payment card number (16 digits shown on the front of the card)/account number/credit agreement number and the account holder’s full name.

  • Can I issue a card to my account (wife, husband, sister, brother, trustee) for another person?

    You can issue additional BPCs exceeding the quantity stipulated by the package terms for additional funds in accordance with the bank's tariffs for servicing individuals.

  • THE PAYMENT AMOUNT IS BLOCKED
  • I made a payment using my card at the point of sale, the amount of payment on my account is blocked. What does it mean?

    In accordance with the rules of international payment systems, when making payments by payment card at retail outlets, on the Internet, as well as when withdrawing cash at ATMs of third banks, the required amount of funds in the account is not written off instantly, but for some time (1-3 days) is located blocked in the account. If within a month after the transaction the funds are not debited (the amount was blocked by mistake, the bank acquirer returned the money), the blocked amount automatically becomes available.

  • What should I do if I have forgotten my PIN? 

    You are able to use the PIN reminder function:

    • in the PUMB Online mobile application without leaving home
    • contacting PUMB office personally with the original passport and certificate of TIN assignment
    • calling the contact center of the bank by phone 044 290 7290, then press 0, then press 7.

  • I have lost my card, what should I do?

    • In case of loss of the payment card, inform the bank. Call back the Customer Service Center: +380442907290 and report about the incident to the operator. With the help of an information line operator or with the help of PUMB Online service, block the financial operations with the card to avoid possible financial losses.
    • After that contact the bank branch to order the re-issue of the lost BPC.
