What do cash withdrawals and transfers without overpayments mean?

It's simple; these transactions made during the offer's validity period will be included in the grace period. This means that no interest will be accrued on the used amount of the credit limit during this period, provided that the entire amount owed for the previous billing periods is paid before the payment date.

The period of using the grace period depends on the date of opening the account:

  • for those opened from 26.10.2020, a preferential interest rate is applied for transactions carried out in the period from 26.10.2020 to 30.03.2021;
  • for those opened until 26.10.2020, a preferential interest rate is applied for transactions carried out in the period from 31.10.2020 to 30.03.2021.

 

What cards are involved in this offer?

This offer applies to new and existing customers who are holders of the "vseMOZHU" card (those customers who have joined the Public Offer of JSC "PUMB" to conclude an agreement for comprehensive banking services for individuals and their accounts), opened until 02.28.2021 – the preferential interest rate is applied for transactions carried out until 30.03.2021.

 

I already have a grace period for the card up to 62 days; what is the offer's unique feature?

During the offer, the grace period ADITTIONALLY applies to cash withdrawals and transfers by credit card.

At the same time, it also continues to operate for operations of payment for goods and services by card in stores and on the Internet, payment for utilities, and top-up of mobile phone in PUMB Online.

It turns out that the interest will not accrue on these transactions for the used amount of the credit limit, provided that the entire amount owed for the previous billing periods is paid before the payment date.

The grace period will apply for a limited period of time, namely for accounts opened until 28.02.2021 – used for transactions made before 30.03.2021.

 

I want to withdraw funds/make a transfer on my card, will there be a grace period for this transaction?

For customers with cards that were opened until 28.02.2021, the grace period will apply for these transactions carried out in the period from 26.10.2020 to 30.03.2021, depending on the date of opening the account:

  • for those opened from 26.10.2020, a preferential interest rate is applied for transactions carried out in the period from 26.10.2020 to 30.03.2021;
  • for those opened until 26.10.2020, a preferential interest rate is applied for transactions carried out in the period from 31.10.2020 to 30.03.2021.

 

What happens if I am late repaying the amount withdrawn in cash or transferred to another card or account during the grace period?

If you have not managed to pay off the debt during the grace period, interest will be charged on it from the date of withdrawal or transfer of funds.

 

What will the interest rate be after the expiration of the grace period?

After the expiration of the grace period, the standard interest rate will apply to the transactions of withdrawing and transferring funds on the card: 47.88% per annum or 3.99% per month.

 

Will there be a grace period for my cash withdrawals/transfers to another card carried out until 26.10.2020?

No, the grace period will not apply to these transactions. For accounts opened until 28.02.2021, the grace period will use for cash withdrawals/transfers made from 26.10.2020 to 30.03.2021, depending on the date the account was opened:

  • for those opened from 26.10.2020, a preferential interest rate is applied for transactions carried out in the period from 26.10.2020 to 30.03.2021;
  • for those opened until 26.10.2020, a preferential interest rate is applied for transactions carried out in the period from 31.10.2020 to 30.03.2021.

What does a grace period up to 62 days mean?

A grace period is a period during which no interest is accrued on the used credit limit, provided that the entire amount owed for the previous billing periods is paid before the payment date. The grace period is valid for payment transactions for goods and services by card in stores and on the Internet, payment for utilities, and top-up of the mobile phone in PUMB Online. 

The grace period also applies to cash withdrawals, transactions without the physical usage of a payment card or its details, carried out in the period from 26.10.2020 to 30.03.2021 for customers who joined the Public Offer of JSC "PUMB" to conclude an agreement for comprehensive banking services for individuals and their accounts, depending on the date of opening an account:

I know that before, the grace period was valid only for transactions of payment for goods and services by card in stores and on the Internet, or utility payments and mobile top-ups in PUMB Online. Is it for cash withdrawal transactions as well now?

Yes, the "vseMOZHU" credit card can do everything, and the grace period also applies to cash withdrawals, transactions without the physical usage of a payment card or its details, carried out from 26.10.2020 to 30.03.2021, for customers who have joined the Public Offer of JSC "PUMB" to conclude an agreement for comprehensive banking services for individuals and their accounts, depending on the date of opening an account:

The primary condition is transactions for 1,000 UAH or more with a "vseMOZHU" credit card and confirmation of the bank's offer. Installment is issued for a period of 6 months.

 

What is the difference between this offer and a permanent one?

  • This offer has a long-term interest-free period: 6 months for transactions on the Internet and at points of sale.
  • You can connect the service not only in partner stores but also when making any purchases on the Internet and points of sale from  1,000 UAH while having a grace period for paying commission for the entire period – 6 months.
  • The period when you can take advantage of the offer is limited – from October 26, 2020, to March 30, 2021.
